What you'll do: Update, publish, and maintain content across website and mobile app using CMS platforms (e.g.- WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Rock RMS) Develop, customize, and optimize functionality within CMS and app frameworks Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines Work with APIs, system integrations, and deployment workflows (e.g., Rock RMS, Apollos) Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to implement campaigns, features, and seasonal initiatives Perform basic layout adjustments and content formatting within CMS tools Support basic graphic design needs using tools like Canva or Adobe Express Monitor and improve digital platforms for quality, accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance
