The Manager of Digital Platform and Engagement Operations is responsible for the daily operations, governance, and continuous development of UCSF Health’s internal communications platform. This role blends content operations, contributor enablement, analytics, and digital infrastructure to create a user-friendly, intuitive, and high-impact experience for employees.
