About The Position

The Digital PFR (Personal Financial Representative) at Capital Educators Federal Credit Union is responsible for promoting member financial well-being through engaging conversations and providing assistance with account and personal loan requests via digital channels. This role focuses on enriching the member experience, deepening relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations while meeting production goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to engage with members effectively.
• Ability to educate members on financial products and services.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and internal controls.
• Experience in customer service or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to digital requests from members to open new memberships, create new shares, and apply for personal loans.
• Educates existing and potential members on products and services through relationship-building interactions from digital channels.
• Maintains a high-level knowledge of products, services, and promotions, and adheres to the prescribed sales flow process.
• Aligns self and team to attain Credit Union expectations and meets or exceeds minimum production goals.
• Maintains strict adherence and compliance to all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assists members with inbound account inquiries and account maintenance, actively listening to their needs.
• Resolves complex member inquiries with a one-contact resolution philosophy, researching potential solutions and following escalation processes as needed.
• May be required to report to branch locations occasionally to support business continuity.
• Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job duties as assigned.
