The Digital Performance Analyst at Travel + Leisure Co. plays a crucial role in supporting the Digital Analytics & Testing team by managing daily activities and applying expertise in Google Analytics and reporting functions. This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to measure the impact of digital marketing efforts and onsite features, driving online conversion and strategic business decisions. The Analyst will also utilize A/B testing and personalization tools to enhance user experience across multiple websites.

  • Manage daily work activities for the Digital Analytics team.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of digital marketing vehicles and onsite features.
  • Validate metrics and monitor data quality.
  • Analyze various forms of data including raw data, base data, and third-party data.
  • Provide reports and interpret results for strategic business decisions.
  • Develop on-site experiments using A/B/n Testing and Personalization tools to improve user experience.
  • Compile datasets and develop dashboards to monitor website and digital marketing campaign performance.
  • Monitor business performance and recommend optimizations to the site experience.
  • Identify, test, and optimize new website product features based on data evidence.
  • Incorporate multiple data sources to drive marketing efficiency and improve customer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required.
  • Two years of analytics or digital analytics experience required.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills through data analysis.
  • Attention to detail in metrics validation and report formatting.
  • Successful organization skills and ability to execute effectively on assigned workload.
  • Effective communication skills with internal teams and clients.
  • SQL experience required (MSSQL, Oracle SQL, Big Query SQL).
  • Experience in statistical software suites (R, Python, SAS) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze large sets of raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint skills.
  • GA4 experience preferred.
  • One year of Digital Reporting experience using visualization tools like Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
  • One year of A/B Testing & Personalization Testing experience with tools like Adobe Target or Google Optimize.
  • One year of eCommerce analytics experience required.
  • One year of experience with Clickstream data in Google BigQuery or other data warehouse solutions.
  • Experience in statistical software suites (R, Python, SAS).
  • Experience with A/B Testing & Personalization Testing tools such as Adobe Target/Google Optimize.
