We're seeking a Digital Paid Media Manager who is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator. You'll manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets, primarily across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with accountability for revenue growth, efficiency, and new customer acquisition. This is a player-coach role: you'll be in-platform executing campaigns while also developing strategies to drive growth across Radwell's ecommerce and B2B business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, sales, product, and creative to deliver measurable impact to the business.
