The Digital Outcomes team drives the exploration, evaluation, and impact assessment of innovative technologies that align with healthcare outcomes. By providing a robust methodological and analytical framework, the team empowers stakeholders across the organization to embrace outcome-driven decision-making in digital technology solutions. This internship is an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University.
• Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2026 - August 2026.
• Be in good academic standing.
• Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship.
• Ideally pursuing a degree within Data analytics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a similarly related field.
• Highly skilled in Excel and SQL and Data visualization best practices, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a proactive mindset for extracting meaningful insights.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to clearly present findings to stakeholders.
• Creativity and an eagerness to innovate within the healthcare technology space.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of digital interventions.
• Conduct impact analyses that demonstrate how digital solutions drive improvements in outcomes and financial return on investment (ROI).
• Leverage creative, out-of-the-box thinking to generate actionable insights.
• Apply analytical and visualization skills, and basic statistical knowledge to uncover trends and correlations.
