About The Position

The Operations Specialist works with internal customers throughout the product launch process. If you have an interest in technology, how things work, and enjoy problem solving and puzzles, this role may be for you!

Requirements

  • Associates, BA or BS degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong interest in technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service experience.
  • Communicate effectively with business professionals.
  • Ability to track changes, keep tasks moving forward and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with customer relationship management software (Salesforce) and activity tracking systems desired.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Preference given to applicants who have demonstrated experience supporting software as a service product.
  • Experience in prepaid, stored value or gift card products a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Become an operations subject matter expert for the technology behind all brands and products as well as custom product setup. Research operational inquiries and be accessible to help answer questions from internal teams.
  • Project manage product setup from product intake to testing and launch. Communicate status on launches and attend internal calls to provide status, challenges, issues.
  • Liaison between InComm InCentives and InComm brand and product teams
  • Manage CRM tool with new product details and pricing to ensure sales and account management have up-to-date information.
  • Process and coordinate digital and physical product builds, implementations and updates
  • Provide and maintain documentation related to open loop process and open-loop product details.
  • Represent operations in product management discussions related to brand/product requirements.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work through complex situations.
  • Represent InComm InCentives in a positive, professional, and customer focused manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
