About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Operations Manager to support delivery across our product and engineering organization. This role will initially focus on owning one or two defined cross-functional initiatives, ensuring strong execution, visibility, and alignment across teams. Over time, the role will evolve to support one or more squads more holistically, partnering closely with Product and Engineering leads on delivery, planning, and operations. Reporting to the Director of Digital Operations, this role blends project management, delivery support, and foundational product operations. This role is intended for an experienced individual contributor who brings strong fundamentals and is ready to expand their scope and influence over time. It is ideal for someone who brings structure without rigidity, helps teams stay aligned, and operates effectively in a complex digital environment. This is a hands-on role with clear mentorship, progression, and increasing ownership over time.
