The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to obtain market research and data, reviewing key performance indicators, and building action plans to improve performance. The individual will understand and participate in all end-to-end aspects of store fulfillment, driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer, delivery service provider, and operational needs. The position also involves developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers that impact performance, and providing resources to ensure team members have the necessary information and support to accomplish business initiatives. Additionally, the role includes supporting driver supply and experiences, implementing digital change initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
