The Operations Analyst for Reference Data and Master Data at Mayo Clinic plays a crucial role in providing operational support for products and data management applications. This position operates under the guidance of the Senior Operations Analyst and Senior Technical Product Owner, focusing on documenting and executing test cases, performing detailed data analysis, generating requirements documentation, and assisting in mapping activities and peer reviews. The analyst will also support communication and change management efforts, as well as maintain metadata documentation for the data products they support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational knowledge and analytical skills, along with expertise in process design. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize clinical services and enhance operational efficiencies. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to identify opportunities for operational and process improvements, supporting clinical programs, and ensuring effective deployment and usage of digital health products and operational enablement tools. Key responsibilities include applying advanced systems and analytical thinking methodologies to tackle complex operational challenges, utilizing operational analysis tools to evaluate processes and outcomes, and providing strategic insights and recommendations. The analyst will extract and analyze data to support key clinical programs and high-level operational decisions, while also developing and maintaining advanced data metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators. Collaboration with product and operations leaders is essential to coordinate the implementation of new products and operational processes, ensuring effective communication between clinical practice, digital operations, and product teams. Additionally, the analyst will conduct ongoing monitoring of feedback from patients, care teams, and end-users, and develop cross-functional action plans to address identified issues.
