About The Position

Under the leadership of the Head of Site Management, the Digital onsite Lead will work on site throughout the USA for execution of digital tools during the commissioning of production lines. This person will be the main point of contact between the Program Lead and IT Project Manager to coordinate and oversee execution and implementation of the digital tools.

Requirements

Education: Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience normally gained through 3 – 5 years of experience in Electrical and network programing. Cisco Network Associate Certification (CCNA)
Skills: Professional Skills: Experience using MS Office and Krones portfolio; Must have computer knowledge and experience with project scheduling software (preferably MS Project) and experience using Microsoft Windows tools; knowledge of business administration, structural and process knowledge and knowledge of policies, guidelines and standards. Must also posses one of the above Cisco Certifications.
Soft Skills: High decision-making capacity for the evaluation and analysis of project situations to obtain the best possible result with the project objectives; must be able to perform work in a involved nature that requires the use of judgement and independent thinking where only general procedures apply; general social skills, ability to work in a team, problem solving skills, leadership skills, general project management skills, self-management and time management skills, organization skills and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience and/or Training:. Experience with digital tools implementation and project coordination
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Cisco Network Certification (CCNP or CCIE).
Experience and/or Training: IT Networks, Siemens Programming

Responsibilities

Ensure digital readiness and operational stability of digital tools at the production line during commissioning.
Coordinate commissioning activities as well as customer and LCA onboarding related to digital products.
Provide onsite support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to digital products and systems.
Act as the primary onsite interface with local teams, including the customer, Krones commissioning team, and LCA.Support data validation and ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of digital products onsite.
Monitor, track, and report project status, risks, and deviations to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate software updates onsite and perform post‑update validation to ensure system stability and functionality.
Communicate department and company‑related information in a timely and accurate manner to ensure all stakeholders are adequately informed.
Encourage open communication, feedback, and collaboration among team members and colleagues.
Demonstrate a cooperative, courteous, and respectful attitude toward internal and external customers, and collaborate directly with other Krones departments as needed.
Ensure digital readiness and operational stability at the line.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
