About The Position
As the Digital Ministry Ambassador for In Touch Ministries, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our online community through social media and email. Your primary focus will be to ensure that partners feel valued by responding to their inquiries, moderating comments, and maintaining a safe online environment. You will also collaborate with the Partner Communications Department on customer service tasks and manage monthly content publishing for our social media platforms.
