About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Digital Merchandising Specialist to support our digital merchandising efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with limited experience (e.g., through internships, brief work history, or relevant coursework) who is eager to grow in ecommerce. Located in Saint George, Utah, you will assist in managing product content and site optimization under the guidance of senior team members. This position focuses on hands-on tasks across platforms like Amazon, our DTC site, and other marketplaces, with opportunities for training and advancement in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Entry-level exposure to merchandising (e.g., internships, 1-2 years of related work, or academic projects in ecommerce/digital marketing).
  • Basic understanding of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to learn data interpretation and optimization techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing tasks independently.
  • Strong interest and deep thoughts into how products are sold to humans is an important qualification.
  • Good communication skills for team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CMS tools a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing digital merchandising strategies, including product categorization, content updates, and on-site presentation to support customer engagement.
  • Help maintain product page details (e.g., descriptions, images, pricing) to align with team goals for conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal activations by preparing content and monitoring basic performance metrics.
  • Track site metrics and prepare simple reports on key indicators like traffic and conversions, sharing findings with the team.
  • Collaborate on category analysis, identifying basic trends and contributing to recommendations for improvements.
  • Research emerging trends in ecommerce and assist in implementing small-scale tests or process changes.
  • Handle routine troubleshooting for catalog accuracy and coordinate with teams for resolutions.
