The Ideal Candidate The Digital Merchandiser’s function is both detail-intensive and wide in scope, requiring the capacity to work cross functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Sales & Product teams to achieve annual Digital Sales Goals and Metrics. This role will be the merchandising expert on styles sold in all digital channels and will coordinate content, delivery dates, samples and inventory status. How You Will Make an Impact Manage and maintain a Price Master for each brand each season to reflect accurate costs, MAP & promotional prices, as well as new, active & discontinued inventory. Manage & maintain the seasonal creation of all digital product content for each brand including descriptions, bullets, UPCs, ASINs, NRF codes, prices, attributes, size charts and images. Product content will be input into multiple systems such as Rithum, Syndic8 & Vendor Central using established templates. Maintain marketplace product templates using business rules and lookup lists in Rithum. Manage digital analytics/KPI’s: Product Conversion, Category conversion, Average order value, and Sales additional metrics. Manage and maintain the buy cycle and replenishment of inventory to adequately stock: Amazon FBA facilities, 3rd party facilities, and our internal distribution center to achieve divisional sales plans and objectives. Recommend digital merchandise assortments by category and continually evaluate, analyze, and adjust assortments based on performance and sales trends. Identify opportunities to increase conversion and average order value. Analyze, forecast and interpret digital market and consumer trends Develop & analyze digital promotional strategies. Be the lead coordinator between merchandising and marketing for photography. Assist with A+ content and videos on Amazon and other marketplaces and make listing corrections as needed.
