The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation’s Digital Media Services department produces videos, audio programs, digital interactives, professional photography and online digital resources, manages outsourced digital media projects and provides audio-visual services. The digital media team collaborates interdepartmentally to create digital products that explore the convergence of cultures in 17th- and 18th- century Virginia, and inspire numerous museum audiences to consider legacies of those early interactions. The Digital Media Services department is seeking a 2026 Summer intern interested in museums, media production, audiovisual technology, and social media. The Digital Media Services department oversees and collaborates on the creation and implementation of digital content and media for the museum’s galleries and website, and provides AV support for technology-based exhibits, programs and events. The individual in this role will work as a member of a diverse team of staff, collaborating interdepartmentally on the creation of new digital content and AV support.
