About The Position

plus más media is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Digital Media Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue through advertising, branded partnerships, and sponsored storytelling across its growing digital platforms. In this role, the Digital Media Sales & Partnerships Manager will develop and execute a clear sales strategy to capitalize on audience growth opportunities while identifying and cultivating new business relationships with brands, agencies, and partners interested in reaching Gen Z and Millennial Latino audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and proactive dealmaker who can manage a pipeline of prospects, deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate partnerships, and maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration. This role will also work closely with internal teams to develop sales collateral, communicate the impact and reach of plus más media’s platforms, track sales performance, and identify opportunities to increase revenue while supporting the company’s broader mission of engaging Latino audiences through innovative digital media.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with key responsibilities: We’re looking for someone who has at least two years of experience with sales, media sales, or advertising.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with native-level Spanish speaking and writing skills required.
  • Multicultural Agency Experience: Demonstrated experience working with multicultural agencies and corporate brand partners, including knowledge of agency structures, media buying processes, and selling digital media or branded storytelling campaigns to reach multicultural audiences.
  • Digital Sales Experience: Experience working in digital advertising sales across social media and digital media platforms and strong knowledge of the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Industry Relationships & Business Development: Ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities that supports consistent business growth.
  • Sales Performance & Results: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
  • Organization & Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by selling advertising, branded partnerships, and sponsored content across Plus Más Media’s digital platforms, including social media, video, audio, and written storytelling.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to capitalize on audience growth and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining an active pipeline of prospective brand and agency partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, increasing awareness of Plus Más Media’s platforms and audience reach.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate partnership terms, and maintain consistent communication to ensure strong client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop sales collateral, visual presentations, and data-driven insights that effectively communicate Plus Más Media’s mission, audience, and impact to potential partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align branded content opportunities with revenue goals and campaign execution.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to evaluate progress toward revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize sales strategy, expand partnerships, and increase overall revenue impact.
