About The Position

The Digital Media Producer at Alliance Retail Group Marketing is responsible for supporting digital marketing initiatives through the creation of high-quality videography, photography, and other digital materials. This role involves researching and conceptualizing ideas for social and digital media, capturing and editing original video content, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Photography and videography production and editing skills (filming, editing, color correction, sound design, etc.).
• A strong visual mindset and deep understanding of the differences between content styles for each platform with proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video editing.
• Strong understanding of frame composition (lighting, angles, negative space, photo clarity/depth of frame, etc.).
• Strong understanding of studio tools such as ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops, etc.
• Expertise in tools and processes for creative assets and workflows.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to clearly articulate and document technical processes and issues.
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research and concept ideas for social and digital media.
• Capture and edit original video content and have a hand in all phases of video production from pre-to-post.
• Create engaging and visually appealing photos, infographics, and other digital materials suitable for various platforms, including email, digital display, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Initiate thinking ahead of the curve, steering trend curation and creating thumb-stopping content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in.
