About the position

The Digital Media Marketer will be responsible for driving and executing digital marketing strategies at the Corporate Headquarters in Kenosha, WI. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, and graphic design, while also supporting event marketing initiatives and promoting the brand across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content across various digital platforms (social media, websites, etc.) ensuring it is engaging and optimized for each platform.
  • Create visually-compelling designs for various social media and digital assets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the community to build brand presence.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events, both internal and external.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and analyze data to provide reports on digital campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital media marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Support general marketing team tasks and assist in managing marketing calendars and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience managing and creating content for multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Interest in digital marketing trends and the ability to apply them to campaigns.
  • Interest and experience in event marketing and event management.
  • Business-savvy with an understanding of how digital marketing contributes to broader company objectives.
  • Strong research ability to analyze trends and market data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in content creation and project execution.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
