About The Position

The Digital Media Manager at Loud and Live Inc. is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that engage Latin audiences through various media platforms. This role involves managing biddable media programs, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution. The position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of the entertainment industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media management in an agency or brand-side environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media and paid advertising.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications from common digital marketing platforms, including Meta and Google/Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication, written, and verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and multicultural marketing.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media plans across various channels, including social media and other biddable media platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and market research to identify trends, audience demographics, and media consumption habits.
  • Guide the creative and content teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with best practices and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize biddable media campaigns to stay on budget, maximize ROI, and achieve campaign goals.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital media trends and educate internal teams to evolve media strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide insightful reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders.
