About The Position

In this role, you will lead the strategic and technical evolution of marketing technology and AI initiatives across the organization. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, implementing AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, personalization, and predictive analytics. Working closely with marketing leaders, developers, and data science teams, you will maintain and optimize digital platforms, ensure data integrity and compliance, and drive automation across marketing operations. This is a hands-on leadership position where your expertise in AI, DevOps, and web technologies will directly influence business outcomes and the organization’s digital transformation journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 6–10 years of experience in marketing technology, digital transformation, web development, or related roles, ideally in B2B or fintech environments.
  • Proven experience leading AI-enabled marketing programs from ideation to execution.
  • Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python).
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and practical application in marketing.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and project management abilities.

  • Experience with generative AI, NLP, MLOps pipelines, AI governance, and operationalizing responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the digital marketing technology stack, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead AI strategy and deployment, including model integration, campaign activation, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to evaluate, pilot, and select AI tools and platforms, providing technical guidance and architecture recommendations.
  • Build and maintain front-end and back-end web components using HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes for marketing assets.
  • Ensure digital platform security, data privacy, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Monitor system performance using tools like Splunk and optimize infrastructure and code for efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on AI, DevOps, and marketing technology best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI and marketing tech initiatives with enterprise digital transformation strategies.
