As a Digital Marketing Intern – Email Campaign Support, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, technically curious, and passionate about email marketing and digital communications. This role supports the planning, building, execution, and reporting of email campaigns across multiple clients and industries. You’ll work closely with creative, digital, and account teams to bring email campaigns to life—learning best practices in email design, copywriting, segmentation, automation, and performance measurement. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain foundational experience in one of the most impactful digital marketing channels. Requirements

Currently working towards a B.S./B.A. degree in digital marketing, digital media, digital communications, etc.
Interest in email marketing and marketing automation
Interest and understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
Experience with or willing to learn email build platforms (HubSpot, MailChimp, ConstantContact)
Experience with or willing to learn SEO (keyword research, auditing, traffic analysis)
Experience with social media platforms (Meta – FB and Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Experience with or willing to learn Web Performance Analysis (GA4, GTM, SEO, etc.)
Analytical thinker and a willingness to learn and work with cross-functional teams
Effective communication and the ability to present campaign effectiveness, expectations and ideas to groups

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns for JDA clients, including newsletters, promotions, drip campaigns, and automated workflows
Build, test, and deploy emails within marketing automation and email platforms
Measure and report performance of email campaigns against established goals
Assist with audience segmentation, list management, and personalization strategies
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure email content aligns with campaign goals and brand standards
Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement
Stay current on email marketing trends, best practices, and platform capabilities
The responsibilities are many, various, and not limited to those listed above.
