About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies for the City of Henderson. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business management, or a closely related field.
• Three years of full-time experience in SEM, SEO, and targeted ad strategy.
• Experience implementing A/B testing and audience segmentation strategies.
• Ability to report campaign results effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute effective digital marketing strategies for the City.
• Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Utilize analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
