The Digital Marketing Internship at Springs Window Fashions provides an exciting opportunity to assist the Marketing Team with project support while gaining valuable work experience related to your field of study. This paid internship program is known for its in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing, and other growth opportunities. Interns will support various projects, including analyzing web analytics, creating wireframes, and collaborating on digital content.

  • Support Product Owner decision making by identifying experience friction points or opportunities for optimization.
  • Leverage heat maps, session recordings, A/B test results, and web analytics to identify and evaluate .com business.
  • Analyze page path reports to identify common paths and potential dead-end paths.
  • Support in the review of Bali and Graber web feedback reports from Customer Service and recommend improvements.
  • Create wireframes and design prototypes in Figma based on review and/or results of analytics and testing.
  • Build out/develop Figma design components identified in each sprint.
  • Support Digital Production Team members on new product launches and day-to-day content updates.
  • Help update residential sites and dealer portals through a content management system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to finalize design, execute and/or implement content changes.
  • Design and code a quarterly newsletter for one of the Residential Business Units.
  • Meet with Digital Production Team on goals and objectives of the email content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and code the email.
  • Route for proofing and incorporate feedback.
  • Work with Digital Managers on list curation.
  • Previous internship experience in relevant function.
  • Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior level.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, yet ability to see the big picture.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
