About The Position
Great Big Game Show is a brand-new experience from the creators of The Escape Game. We're currently open in 11 cities-and growing fast. By the end of the year, we'll be in 19 locations. The Digital Marketing Manager will help shape how people discover, talk about, and come back to Great Big Game Show. This role brings our brand to life online-from strategy to execution-across social media, email, influencer partnerships, PR, digital advertising, and the website. It's far more than just posting content and responding to comments-it's about crafting engaging digital experiences that spark word-of-mouth, grow a loyal community, and generate real excitement around the brand. Part strategist, part creator, this person blends sharp copywriting with our guest-obsessed hospitality culture, always looking for ways to inject fun, stay ahead of trends, and keep fans coming back for more. We prioritize culture fit over experience. It's important that you have skill and experience in a few of the areas below-we'll train you to confidently contribute across all of them.
