Program Overview The program will commence June 1, 2026. Eight-week intensive curriculum featuring hands-on, interactive training sessions led by subject matter experts from across the organization. These sessions will focus on practical application, real-life scenarios, and collaborative learning to ensure Residents acquire actionable skills. Residents will shadow internal teams to gain firsthand knowledge of the day-to-day responsibilities of a digital marketing professional. Residents will learn foundational skills necessary for success across various marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and more.
