Responsibilities

• Responsible for all actions related to new project setup and planning.
• Quality assurance of all new project contracts and budget specifications.
• Resolve issues promptly while operating under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Support monthly progression reporting and weekly reporting on new orders and project health.
• Provide quality assurance for multiple departments including call tracking, reporting, budget reviews, and account management.
• Update client and new order status.
• Monitor all activity throughout a project lifecycle.
• Utilize reports to maintain and manage budgetary requirements.
• Schedule tasks for internal fulfillment teams.
