About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Program Coordinator to support our growing Client Success Team (CST Que). This behind-the-scenes role is designed to alleviate workload from Program Managers by handling project coordination tasks across a team of four. The ideal candidate will assist in creating tech specs, mockups for A/B testing, and other marketing deliverables using established templates and outlines.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or QA within a marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts; experience at a marketing firm is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Program Managers by executing project requests submitted via internal ticketing system.
  • Create mockups and tech specs for digital marketing initiatives, including A/B testing campaigns.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain and update documentation and templates for consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success.
