The Digital Marketing/Media Specialist will be responsible for working with agency cross-functional teams to support channel activation and engagement strategies that effectively segment and target audiences to amplify brand awareness and grow demand. This strategically minded media expert will craft tactical recommendations to engage audiences and drive brand interactions. Candidate must be a problem-solver and innovator who will look for ideas and solutions through analytics, technology trends, and audience insights to influence brand and digital marketing strategies. They will work closely with digital marketing strategists, media planner/buyers, and cross-functional teams to support and architect connected experiences across all online and offline channels and align paid, owned, and earned media efforts. Supports agency digital marketing efforts as needed, including contributing to THRIVE internal training, Digital Marketing Solutions team training, and new business efforts.
