The US Digital Marketing and Martech Transformation team is on a mission to accelerate marketing performance through best-in-class strategy, execution, and innovation across digital channels. As part of the Digital Growth Marketing team, you will join a Center of Excellence for Paid Social, Display, and Paid Digital Creative. This is one of several cross-functional centers of excellence responsible for delivering profitable growth across the US Bank, servicing the Deposits, Lending & Credit Cards, and Small Business & Commercial lines of business. Our COE of subject matter experts leads strategy and execution for Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic Display, Google Video, etc., supported by our media agency of record. This role also has partial creative strategy scope. Our team leads paid digital creative strategy to turn platform and industry insights into performant ads, alongside marketing planners, brand partners, and our creative agency. You will collaborate across multiple teams and agencies, actively problem solve, and adapt quickly to changing business demands. A successful candidate in this role will have a proven track record of scaling full-funnel paid social and programmatic campaign performance for measurable business results. You have experience analyzing campaign and creative results to inform future strategies, forecasts, and business cases. You craft compelling insights-based presentations for senior business leaders. You are excited by the ever-evolving future of digital marketing. You have a strong point of view, and a drive to leave things better than you found them. As a natural innovator and digital native, you will develop refreshing digital marketing strategies and execute comprehensive Paid Social & Display plans to scale profitable growth. The Digital Marketing Manager is a marketing subject matter expert that manages complex and/or high-risk projects, plans, and campaigns within the digital, social, and content marketing space. This role is primarily responsible for complex and/or high-risk internal and external consulting and advisory services for businesses or functions within own portfolio, as well as supporting capability development within the marketing space.
