The Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media will play a pivotal role in driving our digital advertising efforts across various platforms and channels for the Store Marketing team, including Meta, Google, Microsoft, Affiliate, Amazon, and LiveIntent. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these platforms and a strategic mindset, allowing them to deliver flawless campaign execution, actionable reporting, and the thought leadership necessary to maximize our marketing impact. In addition, the Marketing Manager will collaborate on media planning, and be responsible for campaign set-up and execution for internal teams. Remote or Hybrid 3x a week In-office Expectations: This position offers remote work flexibility; however, if you reside within a commutable distance to one of our main offices in New York, Des Moines, Birmingham, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Seattle, the expectation is to work from the office three times per week. About The Positions Contributions: Campaign Operations & Execution Set up, test and monitor on a daily basis various paid media campaigns staying within budgets and outlined parameters. Create and manage A/B and multi-variant test campaigns across platforms according to testing schedules. Provide input and direction on upcoming testing schedules. Coordinate with internal creative teams and senior marketing staff to ensure assets meet platform specifications and deadlines. Edit creative templates for ad execution and export when necessary. Contribute to media planning, where applicable. Campaign Monitoring, Optimization & Reporting Pull and aggregate performance data from various platforms to support weekly and monthly reporting. Optimize campaigns weekly or as needed to ensure delivery is on pace and within budget parameters. Contribute to monthly performance decks to be shared with internal stakeholders. Identify and flag any data discrepancies or delivery issues in real-time. Maintain organized records of historical campaign performance and testing outcomes. Overall Paid Media Support Other duties as assigned, which may include: research of competitor activities around marketing and execution as it relates to similar goals. Provide implementation and process suggestions where appropriate across the organization.
