The Digital Marketing Intern position at Travelers is designed for self-motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of Marketing & Communications. This internship focuses on the Account Based Marketing (ABM) program, providing exposure to various marketing techniques and collaboration with sales teams to drive business growth. Interns will engage in a range of activities that enhance their understanding of marketing strategies and allow them to network with leadership and management.

  • Work closely with business partners to refine target prospect lists and segment them for performance analysis.
  • Manage an ongoing media calendar to track the status of paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative services to develop digital advertising creative for ABM campaigns.
  • Assist in executing campaigns by coordinating with the media agency on tracking and campaign parameters.
  • Develop and upload targeted audiences in the audience management tool LiveRamp.
  • Manage event strategies (live and virtual) and analyze attendee data post-event.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and assess the impact of B2B marketing efforts.
  • Create prospect engagement reports to provide sales intelligence to the field team.
  • Participate in the Travelers Championship welcome experience team.
  • Gain exposure to Travelers B2B social selling and field marketing programs.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program with a focus on Marketing and/or Communications.
  • Must be 18 years of age to apply.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong editorial skills.
  • Intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • High interest in performance marketing with a basic understanding of data-driven content marketing, social media, and digital advertising channels.
  • Experience with persuasive writing.
  • Ability to think creatively and stay updated on digital trends.
  • Strong project management skills.
