About The Position

The digital marketing intern will play a crucial role in the performance marketing team at Brady, working closely with various team members to learn about digital marketing strategies and contribute to campaigns that engage and convert target audiences into loyal customers. Requirements

  • Working towards a bachelor degree in communications, marketing/business or related degree
  • Sophomore standing or higher with good academic standing
  • Coursework or some related experience in digital marketing
  • Can understand and manipulate data using excel or google sheets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work cross functionally
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Co-manage paid search/PPC campaign optimizations and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and run landing page tests to increase conversion
  • Track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budget
  • Report on weekly performance with focus on program KPIs
  • Partner with marketing team members to develop and execute integrated campaigns across channels
  • Stay on top of always changing digital marketing landscape, industry news and emerging technologies
  • Assist with SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, content and display advertising campaigns
