About The Position

This Digital Marketing Intern position is a part-time internship, requiring 20–30 hours per week with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, and offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. It is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a senior-year undergraduate student, recently graduated, or graduating within the next semester
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) — ability to set up goals, build custom reports, and interpret traffic and conversion data
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills — comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and data visualization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Previous internship or project experience in a digital marketing role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics; prepare regular reports with actionable insights
  • Maintain and update marketing dashboards and performance trackers using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist in the development and scheduling of content for social media platforms and digital newsletters
  • Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive landscape reviews to inform marketing strategy
  • Support A/B testing efforts for email campaigns, landing pages, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Occasionally interface with external vendors and partners
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and industry best practices
