If so, Atlantic Health’s 10-week summer internship program may be a great fit for you. The Digital Marketing Intern will play a pivotal role in contributing to the development, execution, and optimization of paid media channels, including Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, and Paid Search. This internship is designed to support Atlantic Health’s marketing and business objectives by driving media strategy and tactics that deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
  • Ideally pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Be in good academic standing
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, asylee, refugee, or lawful permanent resident.
  • Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Strong interest in paid media strategy and performance marketing
  • Demonstrated skills in media planning, project management, and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional project management, attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Deadline-oriented and comfortable handling multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal Channel specialists and external partners to create and refresh channel best practices across platforms (e.g. Meta, Google)
  • Work with agency partners to develop and present channel POVs and Test & Learn opportunities to drive innovation across our current channel mix (e.g. TikTok for healthcare; Paid Search test and learn)
  • Contribute to media planning & implementation for Awareness campaigns during 2H of 2026 including Grand Openings, Awards, Brand
  • Assist with digital marketing campaign development
  • Support development and execution of paid media initiatives, including Paid Search and Affiliate campaigns
  • Contribute to media planning and campaign optimization efforts
  • Complete additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned
