About The Position

The Digital Marketing Intern is a support position within Tnemec’s fast-paced Marketing Department. This role will assist with projects that support the company’s marketing strategy, brand communication and digital marketing initiatives. The internship focuses on three key areas: media production, web marketing and optimization, and CRM-based marketing automation. The Digital Marketing Intern will gain hands-on, practical experience producing multimedia content, supporting website marketing efforts and organizing marketing data within HubSpot. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with marketing, technical service and sales personnel. The intern will gain exposure to modern B2B marketing tools including SEO, video production, website development and CRM marketing systems while contributing to projects that support Tnemec’s products and markets.

Requirements

• Familiarty with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) strongly preferred.
• Examples of relevant work (portfolio, video samples, writing samples or design work) strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Web Marketing Assist with SEO audits and writing website metadata.
• Support updates and content improvements on tnemec.com.
• Research international website requirements and hosting considerations.
• CRM & Data Marketing Assist with HubSpot integration including webforms and marketing workflows.
• Support marketing automation and CRM data organization.
• Media Production Work alongside internal teams to create rich media production for customers and internal audiences.
• Capture product images and retouching.
• Assist with presentation material and internal communication.
• Develop a basic understanding of Tnemec products, markets and customers.
