About The Position

The Digital Marketing Intern supports our marketing team in promoting brands across various digital channels. In this role, the Digital Marketing Intern will manage and create content designed to maximize visibility across both search engines and LLMs. The Digital Intern will help drive platform growth and increase audience engagement by assisting with social media strategy, taking campaigns from initial content planning through to final scheduling. Additionally, the role will leverage AI tools to optimize and enhance overall digital presence.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with social media management with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok
  • Experience with social media management and listening software, such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or equivalent platforms
  • Experience with building a strong social media community
  • Strong attention to detail while being able to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and written and oral communication capabilities
  • Ability to think creatively and take initiative to improve or create effective processes
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize content across internal brand websites to ensure accuracy, maintain up-to-date information, and enhance the overall consumer experience.
  • Utilize AI platforms and tools to develop branded content to promote across various Digital Marketing channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between brand and agencies for Content Loading and AEO projects and tasks.
  • Lead the development of quarterly content catalogs in order to support brand pillars, priority initiatives and campaigns.
  • Assist with the development, scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring across LinkedIn and other applicable social channels.
  • Maintain a structured social media calendar and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Leverage social listening tools to monitor online conversations, to proactively identify emerging trends, and act on real-time opportunities.
  • Audit and refresh social media accounts to remove outdated content to align with current brand aesthetics and goals.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and provide strategic recommendations aimed at improving engagement and performance across all platforms
  • Deliver weekly reports related to industry trends, brand spotlights, and new opportunities to share among the broader marketing team.
