Milacron is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in Batavia, OH. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn about the manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
• Support the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Help manage and optimize social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking.
• Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
