About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive for our Demand Generation team with a focus on SMS Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising SMS campaigns, tracking lead conversions, and evaluating campaign performance. Candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM & Project Management tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and understanding of Power BI with strong analytical skills and the ability to track, analyse, and optimise performance data.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing data and workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and exceptional communication skills for reporting and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage lead tracking across all tools and platforms, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
  • Track and analyze SMS campaign conversions, providing performance evaluations and actionable insights.
  • Oversee the scheduling and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet set objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability and engagement, and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate campaign data sheets, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly organised for all ongoing campaigns.
  • Track and manage lead activity dates, ensuring proper segmentation for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate daily with nurturing/sales teams to ensure smooth follow-up on leads and continuous optimisation of campaigns.
  • Conduct regular engagement analyses and identify gaps in sales performance.
  • Cross-check conversions, lead counts, and activity dates for accuracy and completeness, providing detailed reports on campaign performance and insights.
