About The Position
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the SoCal/AZ Marketing team in the execution of all housing and master planned marketing initiatives in the most professional, efficient and profitable manner. This is in an effort to attain the company’s goals and objectives set out in its annual and 5-year business plan. This position is responsible for daily support of all related activities. Support the Marketing Manager/Director with overall marketing communications, and market research efforts and support ongoing project management, including the coordination of all sales office needs, eblasts, web updates, marketing collateral, invoicing, events, model maintenance, etc.
