About The Position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will drive digital marketing for the Colorado division in close collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Team. This role owns the division’s digital presence, including website ownership and maintenance, email marketing, CRM, and analytics, and works cross-functionally to deliver integrated campaigns that increase brand awareness, attract and convert new leads, and engage current homebuyers. The Coordinator will also lead asset creation for the division, including photography and videography, ensuring high-quality creative across every digital touchpoint. They will be a power user of marketing automation, CRM, and website CMS systems. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a proven project manager, a clear, compelling communicator, and a great relationship builder.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience required.
  • 4+ years of demonstrable expertise in digital marketing and demand generation role where you were responsible for hands-on execution of online branding, content development, and results.
  • Strong understanding of Meta/Facebook Business Manager, Google ADs platform, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics, website CMS, and a general understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite for graphics maintenance and other relevant tools.
  • Strong grammatical and creative writing skills, ability to review and proof copy for marketing text for the web, email, and social.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
  • Solid organization skills and a results-oriented, collaborative work style.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, and fast learner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Real Estate or equivalent B2C marketing work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Corporate and division’s marketing team, advertising agencies, and third-party vendors to create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, website, and digital content, paid search, display, video, and social media advertising, leveraging the appropriate technical tools and optimizing user experience.
  • Deliver on multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Review and analyze digital performance across all marketing disciplines, website, email, CRM, paid media, organic social, display, video, and SEO, in close collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Team, and translate insights into recommendations and optimizations that improve ROI.
  • Own the Colorado division website, including ongoing maintenance and real-time updates to pricing, availability, promotions, and community information, leveraging the company’s CMS to optimize the user experience.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture strategies that drive engagement and conversions, from concept and copy through deployment, testing, and reporting.
  • Manage CRM in support of sales and marketing goals, including list management, segmentation, lead hygiene, and reporting, in alignment with company protocols and in close coordination with the Sales team.
  • Lead asset creation for the Colorado division, including scheduling and managing photography and videography, and ensuring assets are deployed across web, email, social, and paid media.
  • Manage project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope, and quality) are achieved.
  • Interact collaboratively with other internal departments to gather input and materials to create digital assets, website, and email content.
  • Work within all online budgets, review budget reports and trends with management and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Maintains compliance with fair housing, payment disclaimers, and brand standards for Trumark Homes/Companies.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by the manager.
