As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across our portfolio of apartment communities. This role will focus on day-to-day management of digital campaigns including paid search, display advertising, and paid social media. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched correctly, budgets are maintained, creativity is refreshed, and performance is monitored. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, digital platforms, and campaign optimization while learning how marketing directly impacts leasing performance.
