The Digital Marketing Coordinator at HomeServe USA is responsible for assisting in the execution of key marketing programs, particularly focusing on paid acquisition channels.   • Liaise and work cross-functionally to build and approve creative digital assets for paid digital efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, development, eCommerce, and legal teams to develop and approve digital assets.
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute insights for broader marketing initiatives.
  • Support brainstorming of new creative concepts across paid campaigns.
  • Monitor paid daily spend to ensure tracking and proper pacing for budgeted targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends, identifying new channels and opportunities for growth.
  • Report on and analyze KPIs for digital marketing channels to optimize and improve results.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Independent and self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
