About The Position

The Digital Marketing Director at Lume is responsible for leading the digital marketing strategies of a rapidly growing wellness brand. This role combines creativity with analytics to drive engagement and growth, focusing on optimizing campaigns across various digital channels while ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web content management, basic HTML, and platforms like WordPress, Concrete5, or InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook/Instagram advertising, and marketing automation tools like Klaviyo.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with a data-driven mindset and expertise in user funnel optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and creating high-performing landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to grow Lume's reach and drive engagement.
• Optimize campaigns across all stages of the customer lifecycle using data-driven approaches.
• Ensure all content is consistent with Lume's brand voice and optimized for user experience.
• Manage and create engaging content for social media and blogs.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, analyzing ROI and KPIs.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize digital spend and performance.
• Oversee marketing needs for websites, landing pages, email marketing, SMS, Google Ads, social media advertising, and SEO/SEM.
• Manage Google Business Profile, programmatic ads, reviews, and store signage design.
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporate and luxury building partners.
• Lead event planning efforts to enhance brand visibility.
