We are seeking a driven and analytical Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to execute and optimize paid media strategies across multiple regions and campaign types.   • Campaign Execution & Management: Take ownership of the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and management of Google Ads campaigns and Meta Paid Ads.
  • Optimization & Monitoring: Conduct daily performance monitoring and implement tactical optimizations to improve campaign efficiency, quality, and scale across multiple geographic regions.
  • Setup & Testing: Be responsible for the end-to-end setup of new campaigns and ad groups. Design and execute rigorous A/B testing (ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies) to continuously improve KPIs.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular, detailed performance reports focusing on key lead generation metrics (CPL, Conversion Rate, ROI). Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the Digital Marketing Strategist and Creative Director.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist to execute strategy, contribute to media plans, and ensure paid media initiatives align with overarching business goals.
  • Effectively leverage AI: Increase productivity with strategic utilization of LLMs
  • Platform Maintenance: Maintain and optimize supporting digital assets, including Google Business Profile (GBP) and review management.
  • Tracking Proficiency: Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across all campaigns, leveraging expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on lead generation (e.g., Search, Display, Discovery, Video for conversion).
  • Google Ads and Meta Proficiency: Deep, proven expertise in all facets of Google Ads campaign and Meta campaign management including YouTube (setup, bidding strategies, keyword research, ad creation, budget pacing, and optimization). Google Ads certifications.
  • Data-Minded: Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions quickly and autonomously.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude, ready to execute strategy and contribute constructively to a dynamic marketing team.
  • Familiarity with managing and optimizing Google Business Profile (GBP).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience managing campaigns across multiple distinct geographical regions.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital media-related roles within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Creatio, Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and processes.
