We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate whose equal parts detail-oriented executer and creative problem solver, eager to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly, and contribute across multiple areas of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and wants to grow within a performance-driven team. The Digital Marketing Associate will report into the Director of Digital Marketing and support bringing Greyson’s digital initiatives to life across  email, SMS, paid media, app, loyalty, and paid performance marketing. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership, learn quickly, and help turn ideas into high-performing campaigns that elevate the Greyson brand experience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within apparel, e-commerce, or consumer goods
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms
  • Comfortable working in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Ability to understand and analyze basic performance metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with paid media (even in an internship or support role) is a plus
  • Experience with managing loyalty programs is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with select marketing team members on email, SMS and app strategy, helping translate high-level concepts into compelling customer touchpoints.
  • Execute and test SMS and app push campaigns to ensure flawless deployment and brand alignment.
  • Support the Director of Digital Marketing in developing and maintaining multi-channel campaign calendars, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Contribute to performance creative brief development, partnering with internal teams to identify stories, product trends, and inventory opportunities that inform paid media briefs.
  • Support ad copy and asset coordination for paid media campaigns by compiling insights from Men’s and Women’s teams.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of Greyson’s Members Only loyalty program, helping to turn customer relationships into brand devotion.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure loyalty communications feel elevated and personalized across channels.
  • Track program performance metrics and identify opportunities to deepen engagement across tiers.
  • Help concept exclusive Member experiences from first-access events to product drops that reinforce community and exclusivity.
  • Create and maintain a library of unique selling points (USPs), messaging, and copy for core products and categories to be leveraged across email, paid media, and other marketing channels
  • Stay on top of digital campaign calendars to ensure timely launches and proper internal communication
  • Coordinate deliverables and deadlines with cross-functional partners including creative, merchandising, and customer experience teams
  • Support QA across all digital touchpoints to ensure a polished, brand-right execution
  • Partner with Customer Experience and E-Commerce teams to ensure end-to-end consistency across the site, email, and app.
