The Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and the ability to optimize campaigns for performance.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media ads, retargeting ads, etc.).
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage website content and optimize user experience to drive conversions.
  • Responsible for overall website performance and data-driven insights.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Looker Studio to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system (HubSpot) for marketing purposes, including lead generation, list segmentation, and workflow automations.
  • Execute the blog content strategy, including optimization, and collaborate with Content & Creative for production.
  • Collaborate with the Content & Creative Manager to ensure content is optimized for digital channels and SEO.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, and CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the retail or tourism industry is a plus.
