About The Position

The Digital Marketing Analyst at Children's Hospital Association plays a crucial role in enhancing children's health by analyzing digital content performance and providing actionable insights. This position focuses on collecting and interpreting data related to website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to optimize digital marketing strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in designing and executing A/B testing methodologies to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with technical and creative teams, as well as with various lines of business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret website traffic data, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop and maintain regular analytics reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Translate data analysis into clear, actionable marketing strategy and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders of all levels, communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze test results to determine the most effective strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility.
  • Provide recommendations for on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including content optimization, meta tag optimization, and link building.
  • Work with the communications team to optimize content for SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
  • Remain up to date with the latest industry trends to best influence future strategy.
