The Work: Design and lead the creation of attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients’ businesses Plan, design, and build complex digital roadmaps for manufacturing solutions Act as a Digital manufacturing translator bridging business requirements and Digital manufacturing technology enablers Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation Lead small teams to be responsive and efficient Full lifecycle experience in developing and implementing solution in real world environment

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience with manufacturing systems and manufacturing environments
Minimum 5 years' experience with ERP, MES, PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS integration
Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AI-enabled solutions to manufacturing
Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AWS, Azure, and or GCP solutions
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% from time to time depending on business need and client requirements.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience with loosely coupled, micro-services platform architectures, containerization (docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
Expertise in AI/ML framework and cybersecurity best practices (including OT security)
Experience in architecting for use cases in Manufacturing
You have communication superpowers (speaking, writing, and listening) and you’re passionate about collaboration and teamwork
You have confidence and poise in spades, and an ability to relate to board level executives
You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops

Responsibilities

Design and lead the creation of attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients’ businesses
