This consulting position will play a supporting role and over time will develop into a leading role involving the responsibilities and objectives below.

  • Prepare for and support SAP DM (Digital Manufacturing) Explore/Blueprint workshops.
  • Advocate for and recommend SAP DM best practice solutions to effectively meet business requirements, solve existing pain points, and bring tangible business benefits to clients.
  • Collaborate with consulting and client project teams to establish proposed solution design document based on SAP DM best practice approaches.
  • Integrate to S/4 (PP, MM, IM, EWM, QM, PM).
  • Assist with shop floor integration (connect to PLCs on the shop floor using PCo/Production Connector).
  • Assist and participate in end-to-end DM project activities, including configuration, functional specs, knowledge transfer, sprint demos, unit test and user acceptance testing, training, cutover, and hyper-care.
  • Manufacturing shop floor experience in a Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Continuous Improvement role.
  • MES Experience.
  • Shop floor integration (Kepware OPC/ SCADA / Historian).
  • SAP (PP, MM, QM, EWM, PM).
  • MII Developers with supply chain experience.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and implementing innovative projects.
  • Works well under the pressure of tight timelines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with up to 50% travel.
  • Candidate must be able to legally work in the United States and Canada; we do not provide sponsorship.
  • SAP certifications are beneficial.
  • Industry certifications are considered an asset.
