About The Position

As a Digital Maintenance Game Technician, you will serve as a key player for our live streaming studio's technical operations. Your primary responsibility will be to install, maintain, and troubleshoot all studio equipment, ensuring flawless performance and uninterrupted live broadcasts. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge video streaming systems, network communication infrastructure, and general IT equipment critical to the studio's success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ Years of Audio/Visual, Network communication installation, and maintenance or prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder for technical issues in the live streaming studio, handling video streaming, data collection, and network communication systems.
• Set up and maintain equipment like video cameras, Audio/Visual (A/V) cards, and cabling, ensuring everything meets regulatory and company standards.
• Keep an eye on live streaming services to identify and resolve issues in real time, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted broadcasts.
• Conduct regular checks and upkeep for Content Delivery Network (CDN) servers and systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Support department IT needs, including troubleshooting hardware and administering computers, laptops, and related tech.
